Private sessions allow you to receive constant personal attention in your yoga practice. I work privately with students and tailor a practice that suits what they want and what I see will benefit them. We can do a straight up vinyasa practice, or work more specifically on certain poses, alignment, restorative practices, a prenatal practice or I also work with newer teachers in sharpening their teaching skills.
